Cabaret Creative. Singer Songwriter. Instrument of Chaos.

(🕺)

I'm a proud queer and neurodivergent theatre maker with a particular interest (dare I say... 𝓈𝓅𝑒𝒸𝒾𝒶𝓁 interest) in neurodivergent issues, the unique challenges faced by our generation, and exploring them with audiences in chucklesome and brain-stretching ways.

I made my directorial debut at 17 in 2020 (depsite COVID challenges) with 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭! 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 at Star Theatres which I wrote, directed and produced. According to Alan Shepley, the show was "a remarkable end product...a tribute to Grace Colsey's obvious theatrical talents and entrepreneurial skills."

I am a firm believer in the transcendent and transformative power of theatre and as an artist I strive to make use of the astounding facets of the art form to bring audiences unique and empowering experiences that allow people to feel seen, spirited, and slightly stretched.

I'm a graduate of Adelaide Cabaret Festival's Class of Cabaret and completed an Undergraduate Certificate in Acting at Flinders University in 2023

My recent features include:

  • 2023 Adelaide Cabaret Festival - Frank Ford Award Winner for Smiling Through the Human

  • Doctor Drew Kepler in Quasar Arts' Escaping the Burning Sun 2022

  • Myself in The Stirling Players' 2022 production of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare: Abridged

  • Cast member in Autism SA's An Autistic's Guide to Adulthood

  • Featured Artist in The Finest Filth Variety Hour, Spoken Word SA's Annual Slam, Trivia Night with Kleo Fox and Tina Peeches, 2023 Poetry with Purpose, and the 2022 Festival of Now

I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which I work and live, the Kaurna people of the Adelaide region, whose sovereignty was never ceded. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
